TrueModels.com is owned and maintained by Group Five Photosports, LLC. Our office is located in the Downtown Littleton Historic District in Littleton, Colorado, USA. We also maintain photo/video production facilities in Littleton and Clearwater, Florida. Working in three buildings across two states may result in us not being in the office to answer calls or reply to email quickly. Please be patient.

Phone
Regular voice phone calls are a great way to get questions answered in a short time. Please remember that we also operate production studios, plus travel to work in remote locations, so we maybe not be at the desk during full business hours. We try to be in the office Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm Mountain Time and welcome your calls, but if we don't answer please use the email form above.

Our small team stays busy with our other websites and working within our own studios. We are not able to monitor all the various social media sites consistently for customer service issues. You'll receive a quicker reply using the email method.

We do not accept gifts or packages for the models using our website or profile hosting services.
